Bitwise Asset Management filed for a new exchange-traded fund focused on stablecoins and tokenization that would invest in both stocks and crypto assets.

The proposed Stablecoin & Tokenization ETF represents the crypto investment firm’s latest effort to bring digital asset exposure to traditional markets through regulated investment vehicles.

The filing comes as asset managers continue to explore new ways to offer investors access to the growing digital asset ecosystem beyond direct cryptocurrency holdings. ETFs provide a familiar structure for institutional and retail investors to gain exposure to crypto-related investments through traditional brokerage accounts.

Bitwise has been active in the crypto ETF space, previously launching products focused on Bitcoin and other digital assets. The new fund would expand the firm’s offerings to include both traditional equities and crypto assets within a single investment vehicle.
