BlackRock moves over $120M in Bitcoin and Ethereum to Coinbase Prime

BlackRock's IBIT leads all Bitcoin funds, controlling 770,791 BTC worth roughly $67.4 billion.

A BlackRock-labeled wallet today sent 1,134 Bitcoin worth around $101 million and 7,255 Ethereum worth approximately $22 million to Coinbase Prime, the institutional custody arm of the crypto exchange, per Arkham.

The latest transfers come during a period of massive outflows from crypto exchange-traded products, including BlackRock’s own offerings.

Data from Farside Investors shows that US spot Bitcoin ETFs reversed back into outflows on December 31, shedding $348 million as markets closed out 2025. BlackRock’s IBIT led the outflows, with $99 million withdrawn.

IBIT still dominates the Bitcoin ETF market, holding 770,791 BTC with a total value of about $67.4 billion.
