Dell Technologies World to feature keynote by CEOs of Dell and Nvidia on May 18

Jensen Huang and Michael Dell will take the stage together in Las Vegas to unveil the next phase of their AI infrastructure partnership.

Two of the most powerful figures in enterprise computing will share a stage next week. Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, and Michael Dell, CEO of Dell Technologies, are set to deliver a joint keynote on May 18 at Dell Technologies World 2026 in Las Vegas, kicking off a four-day conference that runs through May 21.

The presentation, scheduled for 10 a.m. PT, will center on the Dell AI Factory, the companies’ joint initiative to build out the hardware, software, and services layer that enterprises need to actually run AI at scale.

What the Dell AI Factory actually is

The Dell AI Factory combines Nvidia’s GPU muscle with Dell’s server, storage, and networking expertise into integrated systems that enterprises can buy, deploy, and manage.

The latest iteration, Dell AI Factory 2.0, includes 8-GPU Blackwell accelerators, Nvidia’s latest architecture designed for training and running massive AI models. There are also new liquid cooling systems. New server hardware is expected to launch in July 2025. On the software side, Nvidia AI Enterprise will be available directly through Dell, paired with new managed services for Nvidia’s AI stack.

Why these two companies keep showing up together

At Nvidia’s GTC conference, Huang called Dell “the world’s leading computer systems maker.” Nvidia designs the most sought-after AI chips on the planet but doesn’t manufacture complete server systems at enterprise scale. Dell has decades of experience selling, deploying, and servicing hardware for the world’s largest organizations but doesn’t make its own GPUs.

Michael Dell has been vocal about his view that AI’s future follows data, meaning enterprises will need AI infrastructure wherever their data lives, whether that’s in cloud data centers, on-premises server rooms, or at the network edge.

Beyond the main keynote, Nvidia-led breakout sessions on AI factories and data activation are scheduled for May 18 and 19.
