Anthony Pompliano’s ProCap completes acquisition of AI finance lab Silvia

CFO Silvia is an AI-powered system where users can connect all accounts, receive real-time updates, and run advanced analyses like long-term simulations, investment research, and tax optimization.

Bitcoin treasury company ProCap Financial, led by Bitcoin supporter Anthony Pompliano, announced Monday the completion of its acquisition of Silvia, a next-generation AI financial platform focused on helping users increase their net worth.

Silvia, also known as CFO Silvia, was founded by Pompliano and Shain Noor out of frustration with outdated personal finance tools emphasizing budgeting instead of wealth creation.

Originally built to replace time-consuming spreadsheets used to track a wide range of assets, from stocks to real estate and collectibles, Silvia now allows users to aggregate all assets and apply AI models that continuously analyze and provide insights.

The “personal CFO” has supported more than $30 billion in assets and is expected to enhance ProCap’s capabilities in AI-powered finance as it scales its platform for independent investors.

“Silvia is one of the leading examples of applied AI in the finance industry,” said Pompliano. “Silvia has been able to use an army of AI agents to replicate the work of hundreds of employees, which allows it to be more efficient and effective than traditional firms. We believe the future of finance will be determined by those who embrace AI and Bitcoin.”

ProCap holds 5,457 Bitcoin worth approximately $380 million. It is now the world’s 19th-largest Bitcoin treasury company in terms of holdings.

Shares of ProCap traded at approximately $1.86 intraday on Monday, an 83% decline over the preceding twelve months.
