Turnkey announces integration with Tools for Humanity’s World App, co-founded by Sam Altman and Alex Blania
World App is leveraging Turnkey’s flexible key management infrastructure to bolster the account recovery experience.

NEW YORK, January 14, 2026 — Turnkey, a leading provider of secure, flexible, and scalable crypto wallet infrastructure, today announced its integration with World App, the super app for humans in the age of AI.
This integration enables World App to enhance user recoverability without compromising on control or privacy. World App users previously relied on a “recovery bundle” that protects access to their proof of human (World ID) and assets. However, users can get stuck if they lose access to their account and that recovery bundle.
To improve upon the user experience, World App will use Turnkey’s infrastructure to introduce a programmable recovery system. World App encrypts each user’s recovery bundle locally on-device. Turnkey will facilitate access by managing the bundle’s encryption key within secure enclaves, where the key is protected and can only be used in response to user-authenticated actions such as OAuth.
