The Chinese dexterous-hand startup hit unicorn status on its fourth funding round, roughly 100 days after its previous raise.

A Chinese robotics company that makes dexterous robotic hands just crossed the billion-dollar valuation threshold. AGILINK, a startup spun out of Zhiyuan Robotics in late 2025, closed its fourth funding round at several hundred million yuan, officially entering unicorn territory.

The raise landed approximately 100 days after AGILINK’s previous financing round.

What AGILINK actually builds

AGILINK focuses specifically on high-dexterity robotic hands and grippers designed for real-world deployment. Since January, the company has shipped over 8,000 dexterous hands and more than 10,000 grippers. Nearly 1,000 units are currently active across industrial, logistics, and service applications.

The company traces its origins to the dexterous-hand division of Zhiyuan Robotics, one of China’s more prominent humanoid robotics firms. AGILINK was spun out as a standalone entity in late 2025.

The funding landscape for robotic dexterity

The latest round attracted both strategic investors and established venture capital firms. Lead investors reportedly include Baidu Ventures and Hillhouse Capital.
