Coinbase adds AXIS, PEARL, and STABLE to its asset listing roadmap
Three tokens tied to robotics data, AI compute, and a USDT-powered blockchain are now queued for possible trading on Coinbase
Coinbase has added three new tokens to its asset listing roadmap: Axis Labs (AXIS), Pearl (PEARL), and Stable (STABLE).
The exchange disclosed the additions on October 19, 2026, through its @CoinbaseAssets account. As with every roadmap addition, the announcement is not the same as trading going live.
What Coinbase actually announced
Coinbase said trading for all three assets will depend on two conditions. The first is market-making support. The second is technical readiness on the exchange’s side.
Coinbase said it will make separate announcements confirming trading launch dates once those prerequisites are met. For now, none of the three tokens has confirmed trading availability on the platform.
Meet the three tokens
AXIS is the token tied to Axis Robotics. The platform focuses on collecting and processing data from physical interactions, with the goal of improving machine learning for robots.
AXIS has a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens. Approximately 16.5% of that supply is set to be in circulation at its token generation event, the moment the token first becomes available.
PEARL, which also goes by PRL, belongs to the Pearl Layer-1 blockchain. The network began operating on April 27, 2026.

Pearl uses what it calls a proof-of-useful-work mechanism. Instead of having miners burn electricity on puzzles that serve no other purpose, the network directs that computing effort toward AI workloads built on matrix multiplications.
Pearl’s total supply is capped at 2.1 billion tokens.
STABLE is the governance token for StableChain, another Layer-1 network. StableChain’s mainnet launched on December 8, 2025.
Its defining feature is that it uses USDT as its native gas. STABLE itself handles governance rather than fees. It has a fixed supply limit of 100 billion tokens.
Why the roadmap matters
Coinbase uses its listing roadmap as an advance notice system. It flags assets it intends to support before trading actually begins.
Early market reaction to this batch has been muted, mostly limited to discussion on social media. Until the exchange releases formal launch details, the effect on trading volumes and sentiment remains uncertain.
What this means for traders and projects
For traders, the token economics deserve attention before any launch. AXIS will have approximately 16.5% of its 1 billion supply circulating at its token generation event, leaving the bulk to enter the market over time.
STABLE’s 100 billion supply is large in absolute terms. Pearl’s 2.1 billion cap and its proof-of-useful-work design put it in a smaller group of networks trying to link blockchain security to AI demand.
It is also possible the three tokens go live at different times. Each must clear the same conditions independently, so one could launch while the others stay on the roadmap.
