Paper Rex qualifies for Valorant Champions Shanghai, secures top 3 in Masters London

The Singaporean esports squad locked in their Champions berth with a dominant upper-bracket run at Masters London

Paper Rex just punched their ticket to Valorant Champions Shanghai 2026. The Singaporean squad secured qualification by advancing through the upper semifinals at Masters London, guaranteeing themselves at least a top-3 finish in the process.

Paper Rex, seeded third from the VCT Pacific region, faced Team Vitality in the upper semifinals on June 15, 2026. A win meant automatic qualification to Valorant Champions Shanghai later in 2026. It also meant a guaranteed top-3 placement at Masters London.

PRX entered the tournament already carrying momentum. They held the title of VCT Pacific Stage 1 champions heading into London, which gave them a clear path into the international event as a regional representative.

Since their founding in January 2020, Paper Rex has qualified for 13 VCT international events. In just over six years of existence, PRX has gone from a startup roster in Singapore to one of the most consistently qualified teams on the international Valorant circuit.

Paper Rex now shifts into a dual-track mode. They will look to finish as high as possible at Masters London, where a top-3 floor means a finals appearance is very much in play.
