CoreWeave partners with CrowdStrike to secure AI workloads at scale

The AI cloud provider and the cybersecurity giant are formalizing a relationship that started years ago, with an eye on the agentic era

CoreWeave and CrowdStrike are making it official. The AI cloud provider and the cybersecurity company announced a global partnership focused on securing artificial intelligence workloads, from model training all the way through production.

The deal was unveiled on November 5, 2025, at Fal.Con Europe 2025, CrowdStrike’s flagship event. It arrives as companies rush to deploy AI systems faster than they can figure out how to protect them.

What the partnership actually covers

The pairing combines two pieces of infrastructure. CoreWeave brings its AI cloud, built on NVIDIA GPUs. CrowdStrike brings its Falcon platform, the security suite at the center of its business.

The pitch is a security-first approach across three stages of AI work: training, inference, and production.

The partnership also runs in the other direction. CoreWeave is extending its infrastructure to support CrowdStrike’s SafeMind security models. It will also take an active role in CrowdStrike’s Cyber Superintelligence Lab.

Not exactly a first date

This relationship did not start in a conference hall. CoreWeave has been running CrowdStrike’s Falcon products since at least 2023.

The reported results from that period are the strongest argument for the expanded deal. CoreWeave achieved a 100-fold reduction in false positives using CrowdStrike’s tools. It also recorded zero breaches while on the Falcon platform.

CoreWeave has also saved hundreds of hours annually through CrowdStrike integrations.

The relationship has continued to deepen. CoreWeave joined CrowdStrike’s AI Partner Specialization on August 31, 2026, and the launch of CoreWeave’s Partner Network was slated for September 30, 2026, with that network publicly acknowledging the CrowdStrike collaboration.

Why the agentic era raises the stakes

The timing ties into what the industry calls the agentic era. That refers to AI systems that act autonomously, taking actions and making decisions rather than simply responding to prompts.

CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz framed the partnership around that shift.

“Together, we’re building a foundation for the agentic era, where security is inherent to AI itself.”

The research behind the announcement also points to the broader push toward artificial general intelligence, or AGI. As autonomous systems grow more capable, the argument goes, the safeguards around them need to keep pace.

What this means for AI infrastructure

For CoreWeave, the deal strengthens its position as a specialized AI cloud rather than a general-purpose one. Security credentials help it compete for enterprise contracts where reliability and protection count as much as raw compute.

For CrowdStrike, the arrangement does double duty. It showcases Falcon inside one of the more demanding environments in tech, and it secures GPU capacity to develop its own AI security models through SafeMind and the Cyber Superintelligence Lab.
