DeFi Development adds $1.9 million in Solana after four-month pause
The company purchased 19,000 SOL as its shares jumped nearly 15% and Solana extended a more than 20% monthly rally.
DeFi Development added 19,000 Solana tokens to its treasury this week, marking its first SOL purchase since mid-October 2025, according to its token dashboard.
The company acquired the tokens at an average price of $98.14 each, spending roughly $1.9 million.
The purchase brings DeFi Development’s holdings to 2.33 million SOL, currently worth about $243 million.
SOL traded around $104.32, up 7.7% over the past 24 hours and more than 20% over the past month.

DeFi Development shares were up nearly 15% on the day, trading around $5.17 at press time.
The stock has gained about 100% over the past month but remains down roughly 90% since reaching an all-time high in May 2025.
