Missing figures stay unavailable. Forward P/E requires a dated source. Annual revenue, revenue growth, net income and margin come from each company's own 10-K, in US dollars, and each row shows that fiscal year. Revenue growth compares the fiscal year with the prior year stated in the same 10-K. Net income is the full year amount attributable to the company, or available to common stockholders where the filing states only that, or consolidated net income. Each row names its basis. Trailing P/E reads "Not meaningful" when the dated trailing diluted EPS is a loss or zero. An operating margin appears only when the filing states both the operating income and the revenue for the same year.
Sources: SEC filings, Gloria daily closes and CoinGecko. Oldest record refresh: Oct 29, 2026, 1:52 PM EDT. Refresh is not a price or filing date. Each row shows its price date and its annual fiscal period. Peers use industry code and company size, or editorial selection. Market cap multiplies that row price by the company share total the latest SEC filing states for every share class together. Trailing P/E divides it by trailing diluted earnings from SEC filings. Rolled earnings per share are approximate because share counts can change between periods. Both appear only when the SEC data carries its date, so they are estimates at one price date, not synchronized filing valuations. Not investment advice.

Quoted token and share units can have different rights, multipliers and dividend treatment. This is not an executable premium or arbitrage signal.
Synopsys just reported Q3 fiscal year 2026 revenue of $2.48 billion, a 42% increase year-over-year, and CEO Sassine Ghazi took to CNBC to explain why the company’s trajectory looks less like a steady climb and more like a rocket strapped to a GPU.
Synopsys raised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $9.69 billion to $9.74 billion and bumped its adjusted earnings per share forecast to $15.04 to $15.10.
The Nvidia factor
On December 1, 2025, Nvidia made a $2 billion equity investment in Synopsys, picking up shares at $414.79 each.
The partnership centers on integrating Nvidia’s GPU-accelerated computing stack into Synopsys’s electronic design automation (EDA) platform. Nvidia’s CUDA technology lets simulations run on GPUs instead of CPUs. Synopsys is also leveraging Omniverse, Nvidia’s platform for building digital twins, to create virtual replicas of entire chip systems, allowing engineers to test designs in simulated environments before committing to silicon.
Autonomous EDA agents developed jointly by the two companies have demonstrated the ability to accelerate verification cycles by up to 50 times.

The Ansys play
The other major piece of Synopsys’s transformation story is its acquisition of Ansys, which closed in 2025. Ansys brought multiphysics simulation capabilities — the ability to model how heat, electromagnetic fields, structural stress, and fluid dynamics interact within complex systems.
Before the deal, Synopsys was primarily a silicon-focused company. After Ansys, Synopsys can model entire systems: the chip, the package it sits in, the board it mounts to, and the thermal and electromagnetic environment surrounding all of it.
The 42% revenue jump in Q3 reflects, in part, the Ansys revenue being folded into Synopsys’s top line.
