Cloudflare on Tuesday unveiled Cloudflare Wallets and cloudflare.pay, introducing an identity and payment infrastructure that enables AI agents to securely transact online on behalf of individuals and businesses.

The platform links AI agents to verified Cloudflare account identities while allowing users to fund stablecoin-based virtual wallets that agents can use within predefined spending rules. Businesses receiving requests will be able to verify who authorized an agent before completing transactions.

According to Cloudflare, the new services are intended to support the emerging agentic economy by combining AI identity verification with programmable payment tools. The company said full wallet functionality, including funding and virtual wallet creation, will be released over the coming months.
