Missing figures stay unavailable. Forward P/E requires a dated source. Annual revenue, revenue growth, net income and margin come from each company's own 10-K, in US dollars, and each row shows that fiscal year. Revenue growth compares the fiscal year with the prior year stated in the same 10-K. Net income is the full year amount attributable to the company, or available to common stockholders where the filing states only that, or consolidated net income. Each row names its basis. Trailing P/E reads "Not meaningful" when the dated trailing diluted EPS is a loss or zero. An operating margin appears only when the filing states both the operating income and the revenue for the same year.
Sources: SEC filings, Gloria daily closes and CoinGecko. Oldest record refresh: Oct 29, 2026, 1:52 PM EDT. Refresh is not a price or filing date. Each row shows its price date and its annual fiscal period. Peers use industry code and company size, or editorial selection. Market cap multiplies that row price by the company share total the latest SEC filing states for every share class together. Trailing P/E divides it by trailing diluted earnings from SEC filings. Rolled earnings per share are approximate because share counts can change between periods. Both appear only when the SEC data carries its date, so they are estimates at one price date, not synchronized filing valuations. Not investment advice.

Quoted token and share units can have different rights, multipliers and dividend treatment. This is not an executable premium or arbitrage signal.
A two-year-old startup just convinced Jeff Bezos, Nvidia, Meta, and Samsung that the future of AI chips isn’t about designing better processors. It’s about discovering entirely new materials to build them from.
CuspAI closed a $450 million Series B funding round on July 20, bringing its valuation to $2.6 billion and its total funding past $580 million. The round was co-led by Kleiner Perkins and NEA, with Bezos Expeditions, AMD Ventures, and the UK Government’s Sovereign AI Venture Fund also participating. For a company founded in 2024 in Cambridge, UK, that’s a remarkable trajectory, from a $30 million seed round in June 2024 to a $100 million Series A in September 2025, and now this.
The AI Materials Foundry play
Alongside the funding news, CuspAI unveiled what it calls the “AI Materials Foundry,” a coalition of over 45 founding partners that reads like a who’s who of companies that actually build the physical infrastructure powering the AI boom. Nvidia, Meta, Samsung, Applied Materials, and Hyundai are all on the list.
The premise is deceptively simple. Discovering new materials for semiconductors, clean energy systems, and advanced manufacturing currently takes years of lab work. CuspAI wants to compress that timeline to weeks or months using generative AI and advanced simulations. In English: instead of scientists mixing compounds by hand and hoping something works, AI models predict which molecular combinations will produce the properties engineers need.
The company was co-founded by Dr. Chad Edwards and Prof. Max Welling, and their bet is that materials science is the bottleneck nobody’s talking about. You can design the most elegant chip architecture in the world, but if you can’t source or synthesize the right materials to fabricate it, you’re stuck. Global semiconductor supply chains have made that painfully obvious over the past few years.

Where the capital is actually flowing
The participation of sovereign capital, specifically the UK Government’s Sovereign AI Venture Fund, adds another dimension. Governments are increasingly treating AI infrastructure as a matter of national security and economic competitiveness.
AMD Ventures being in the round is equally telling. AMD competes directly with Nvidia in the AI chip market. The fact that both AMD (through its venture arm) and Nvidia (through the Foundry partnership) are aligned around CuspAI suggests the materials challenge is so fundamental that it transcends competitive rivalries.
What this means for crypto and digital asset investors
CuspAI has no crypto or blockchain component. Zero. But dismissing this story because it doesn’t involve tokens would be a mistake for digital asset investors, and here’s why.
The AI infrastructure buildout is the dominant macro narrative competing with crypto for institutional capital right now. Every dollar that flows into AI deep-tech like CuspAI is a dollar that isn’t flowing into crypto venture rounds, DeFi protocols, or blockchain infrastructure plays.
Investors watching the AI-crypto convergence thesis should pay close attention to whether any of CuspAI’s 45 Foundry partners eventually explore decentralized approaches to materials simulation or data sharing. But for now, the $580 million in total funding flowing to a company with no blockchain ties whatsoever is its own kind of signal about where institutional conviction currently sits.
