As of March 31, 2026, Galaxy reported 1.6 GW of approved data center capacity. The company’s Helios campus already supports CoreWeave, one of the more prominent GPU cloud providers riding the AI wave.

A look at the financial backdrop

The company’s Q4 2025 results showed a net loss of $482 million. For the full year, Galaxy reported an adjusted gross profit of $426 million.

The Q1 2026 results, released on April 28, gave investors an updated snapshot heading into the current period. With total assets of $17 billion as of March 31 and an average loan book of $1.768 billion, Galaxy also reported 1,532 trading counterparties as of the end of Q1, spanning hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional players who use Galaxy for OTC trading, lending, and derivatives.

Three businesses, one stock

Galaxy operates across three primary segments: the trading division handles digital asset OTC trades and derivatives for institutional clients; asset management oversees funds and other investment vehicles; and the infrastructure arm builds and operates data centers for both crypto mining and AI workloads.
