About Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund
Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund is a tokenized feeder fund that gives on-chain, regulated access to Apollo Global Management's diversified private credit strategy, which invests across corporate direct lending, asset-backed lending, and structured credit. The fund was created through a partnership between Apollo Global Management and Securitize, a digital asset securities firm, and launched in January 2025. ACRED tokens were made available simultaneously on multiple public blockchains: Aptos, Avalanche, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, and XDC. ACRED is a permissioned security token representing digital shares in a regulated feeder fund. Securitize issues and administers the token as transfer agent, and it relies on the consensus mechanisms of its host blockchains rather than an independent one. The token represents an ownership interest in the feeder fund and is used for holding tokenized fund shares, receiving NAV-linked returns, and enabling on-chain operations like redemptions and use as collateral in DeFi applications. ACRED is restricted to qualified and accredited investors and functions as a regulated security rather than a general-purpose cryptocurrency. Its supply is open-ended, tied to investor subscriptions and redemptions, with no fixed hard cap. Issuance is managed by the fund and its transfer agent.
