Founded in 2020 by Shah Ramezani, its CEO, and Thijn Lamers, its co-founder and president, Noah has backgrounds at Visa, Adyen and Onfido among its founding team. The company has been developing its infrastructure since launch, focusing on using stablecoins to facilitate cross-border payments.

Noah offers an API-first platform that allows businesses to accept local fiat currencies, convert them into stablecoins and settle payments across borders in real time. Its network spans more than 150 markets and 60 currencies, linking stablecoin settlement with domestic payment systems and reducing the need for traditional correspondent banking chains.

The London-based fintech said its growth has accelerated in 2026, with more than 150 new customers and year-to-date revenue 538% higher than in the same period last year. Revenue also grew 31% month-over-month.

Noah will use the funding to expand its international transfer services and strengthen the infrastructure connecting stablecoin settlement with local payment systems.

Plans include expanding its regulatory presence, hiring engineering and compliance teams and adding connections to local payment rails in its highest-volume markets. Noah also plans to open a New York office as part of its US expansion.
