Robinhood Chain’s FOBO launchpad clears Coinsult audit with no outstanding critical or medium issues

Two medium-severity findings were fixed within 24 hours, leaving the memecoin launchpad without any open critical or medium-level flags

FOBO, a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain, has come through a smart contract audit with no critical or medium-severity issues left open.

The review was carried out by Coinsult. Its results now apply to every token launched on the platform, including FOBO’s own $FOBO token.

What the audit found

Coinsult completed a manual review of FOBO’s smart contracts on October 30, 2026. The final tally was 0 critical issues, 2 medium issues, 9 low and 8 informational.

The two medium findings did not stay open for long. The FOBO team resolved them within 24 hours by changing the contracts themselves.

The fixes added two new components. The first is the FoboFactoryGate. The second is a TimelockController for governance.

A timelock works like a mandatory cooling-off period. Before certain changes can take effect, they must wait in a public queue, which gives users time to see what is coming. FOBO’s version applies a 48-hour delay to governance actions and to buyback funds.

Once those changes went in, the audit was considered clear. No medium or critical issues remained. The low and informational findings are the kind of notes auditors leave about style, efficiency or edge cases, and they are generally not treated as urgent threats.

FOBO’s account, @fobodotfun, announced the result on X on November 2. The team confirmed that the audit covers all tokens on fobo.fun, not just the flagship.

How FOBO is built

The launchpad’s main selling point is how it treats liquidity. FOBO uses a Uniswap v4 hook, a piece of custom code that plugs into Uniswap’s trading pools.

That hook locks all liquidity into an immutable position. Once the money goes into the pool, it cannot be pulled back out.

FOBO also builds in protections against problems that have tripped up other launchpads. These include quote validation and safeguards around privileged withdrawals, the type of admin powers that can become a liability if abused or compromised.

Tokens on the platform can be paired against several assets. Supported quote assets include ETH, $FOBO, USDG and select stock tokens.

Background: Robinhood Chain’s short, busy history

Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 network built on Arbitrum. A Layer 2 processes transactions on its own network and then settles back to Ethereum, which typically makes activity cheaper and faster.

The chain, which carries chain ID 4663, went live on July 1, 2026. It supports multiple launchpads, and FOBO is one of them.

Its first months were not entirely smooth. Earlier memecoin launches on Robinhood Chain drew scrutiny over concerns about coordinated funding activity.

FOBO arrived after those incidents. It has positioned itself as the security-focused option, leaning on governance controls and locked liquidity to set itself apart.

What this means

For traders using Robinhood Chain launchpads, the audit offers a reference point. It is a third-party assessment that the contracts behind FOBO tokens do not carry known high-severity flaws after the fixes.

The more interesting part may be how the medium findings were handled. Adding a 48-hour timelock to governance and buyback funds limits how quickly the team itself can move. For users, that means any significant change should be visible two days before it takes effect.

Support for USDG and select stock tokens as quote assets ties FOBO’s token launches to a broader range of assets than a simple ETH pairing would.
