Spain reveals League of Legends roster for Esports Nations Cup 2026
The squad features LEC veterans Elyoya and Flakked, with coaching legend Mithy calling the shots in Riyadh
Spain is sending its A-team to the inaugural Esports Nations Cup. The country’s League of Legends roster for the ENC 2026 features a lineup stacked with talent from the League of Legends European Championship, Europe’s premier competitive league.
The tournament runs November 21 through 29, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where 32 nations will compete for a $1.5 million prize pool.
The roster breakdown
Spain’s starting five reads like a greatest-hits compilation from the LEC. In the top lane sits Myrwn, with Oscarinin available as a substitute. The jungle role belongs to Elyoya. Hydra takes the mid lane position. The bot lane features Flakked as the primary carry, with Legolas listed as a substitute option. Rounding out the starting lineup is Alvaro in the support role.
Alfonso Aguirre Rodriguez, better known as Mithy, serves as head coach. Mithy is a former professional player turned coach who has been involved in some of the most successful European rosters in League of Legends history.
What is the Esports Nations Cup?
The ENC 2026 is the first edition of this event, organized by the Esports World Cup Foundation. It’s designed to bring a nation-versus-nation format to competitive gaming.
League of Legends was added to the ENC lineup on February 24, 2026. The game joins what is expected to be a multi-title event, with the League of Legends portion carrying a $1.5 million prize pool across 32 competing nations.
