The list names six areas: AI financing, US dollar and other currency stablecoins, neobanks, real-world asset tokenization, trading platforms, and crypto API infrastructure for AI agents, according to a PANews summary. YC said crypto growth over the past year was led by institutions rather than consumers for the first time.

Institutional use cases move to the center

The document points to use cases such as oil hedging and cross-border corporate treasury operations rather than retail speculation. YC’s next application deadline is Monday, Dalal said.
