Adobe expands Nvidia collaboration to bring Nemotron to Brand Concierge
Adobe plans to offer a Nemotron-powered Brand Concierge to enterprise customers later this year, extending a partnership unveiled at Nvidia's GTC event
Adobe and Nvidia are taking their partnership a step further. The two companies will expand their collaboration to offer a Nemotron-powered version of Adobe’s Brand Concierge to enterprise customers later this year.
What Adobe and Nvidia are building
Brand Concierge is Adobe’s AI-driven conversational platform. Its job is to keep customer interactions brand-safe across digital channels.
The upcoming upgrade will run on Nvidia’s Nemotron open models. Adobe has said the Brand Concierge enhancements are set to arrive in the coming months, with enterprise availability expected later in 2026.
This is not a standalone announcement. It is the latest chapter in a broader strategic partnership the two companies revealed on March 16, 2026, at Nvidia’s GTC event.
That March deal laid out a wide integration plan. Nvidia technologies including CUDA-X libraries, the Agent Toolkit, and Omniverse are slated to be folded into Adobe’s Firefly models and other Adobe applications.
From GTC to Adobe Summit
The partnership got a second spotlight at Adobe Summit, held around April 20, 2026. There, Adobe expanded on the deal with a focus on secure agent capabilities powered by Nvidia.

One headline feature was Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker. During an April 21, 2026, keynote, Adobe demonstrated the tool using Nvidia’s technology for real-time customer experience orchestration.
The stated goal across all of this is to deliver end-to-end agentic workflows for enterprise customers. Both companies have emphasized that these agents should be secure and policy-compliant.
A partnership with a long history
Adobe and Nvidia are hardly strangers. The two have collaborated for more than 20 years in design and creativity.
The current phase is different in kind. Instead of just accelerating Adobe’s apps, Nvidia’s models and agent tools are becoming part of how those apps think and act.
What this means for enterprises and the AI race
For Adobe, the Nemotron upgrade is about trust as much as capability. Brand Concierge exists because companies are nervous about letting generative AI talk to customers unsupervised.
The use of open models is also worth noting. Open models generally give enterprises more visibility into, and control over, the AI they deploy, which fits neatly with the security and compliance framing both companies have leaned on.
The Nemotron Brand Concierge is expected later this year, not today, and enterprise rollouts tend to move at the speed of procurement committees.
