BitGo names former Exodus compliance chief Alex Rozman to lead global compliance
The move comes as it seeks to scale its business, expand its institutional footprint and introduce new products and services.
BitGo Holdings has appointed Alex Rozman as Chief Compliance Officer, effective Sept. 21, 2026, placing him in charge of the company’s global compliance and financial crime programs.
His responsibilities will include overseeing regulatory engagement with authorities, examiners and banking institutions across BitGo’s various legal entities.
Rozman is a risk, legal and compliance executive with more than 25 years of experience developing AML and sanctions frameworks for regulated financial institutions and digital asset companies.
He most recently served as Chief Compliance Officer at Exodus Movement, beginning in May 2024, and previously led global compliance at Polygon Technology and financial crime compliance at CLS Bank International. He also worked in AML advisory roles at Deloitte and Navigant Consulting.

Rozman said his focus would be on maintaining compliance standards as BitGo enters new markets and participates in the development of an increasingly onchain financial system.
