Missing figures stay unavailable. Forward P/E requires a dated source. Annual revenue, revenue growth, net income and margin come from each company's own 10-K, in US dollars, and each row shows that fiscal year. Revenue growth compares the fiscal year with the prior year stated in the same 10-K. Net income is the full year amount attributable to the company, or available to common stockholders where the filing states only that, or consolidated net income. Each row names its basis. Trailing P/E reads "Not meaningful" when the dated trailing diluted EPS is a loss or zero. An operating margin appears only when the filing states both the operating income and the revenue for the same year.
Sources: SEC filings, Gloria daily closes and CoinGecko. Oldest record refresh: Oct 27, 2026, 9:41 PM EDT. Refresh is not a price or filing date. Each row shows its price date and its annual fiscal period. Peers use industry code and company size, or editorial selection. Market cap multiplies that row price by the company share total the latest SEC filing states for every share class together. Trailing P/E divides it by trailing diluted earnings from SEC filings. Rolled earnings per share are approximate because share counts can change between periods. Both appear only when the SEC data carries its date, so they are estimates at one price date, not synchronized filing valuations. Not investment advice.

CoreWeave, one of the best-known names in AI cloud computing, has had a rough October. Its shares fell more than 15% in the week beginning October 14, 2026. Cumulative losses for the month reached around 30% or more.
The stock closed near $59.57 on October 27, after touching a low of approximately $51.24. For a company that sold itself as a pure play on the AI boom, the market is now pricing in something less exciting: the bill.
The selloff has also become a talking point well beyond CoreWeave’s own shareholder base. Reuters Breakingviews columnists recently debated whether falling neocloud stocks and debt could threaten the wider AI boom, and even the growth of Anthropic.
The numbers behind the slide
The core worry is leverage. CoreWeave’s debt is reported to be around $50 billion, with some sources putting it as high as $52 billion by mid-2026.
Bond investors have grown nervous about that bet. Yields on CoreWeave’s 2030-2032 notes have climbed to approximately 15-16%. The cost of insuring against a CoreWeave default has also jumped, to about 1,000 basis points.
CoreWeave reported approximately $5.1 billion in revenue for 2025, alongside a net loss of $1.2 billion. Set against a reported debt pile of around $50 billion, that is a borrowing load near ten times annual sales.
CoreWeave held a revenue backlog of $104.2 billion as of the end of Q2 2026, plus more than $25 billion in new commitments. Those are signed customer contracts, revenue the company expects to collect over time. The question investors are wrestling with is whether that money arrives fast enough to service the debt.

Contagion across the neoclouds
CoreWeave isn’t suffering alone. Other neocloud companies have posted double-digit share price drops as its troubles mounted. So has Oracle.
“Neoclouds” are newer cloud providers built specifically to rent out GPU capacity for AI workloads. They compete with the giant hyperscalers by moving fast and specializing. They also tend to fund that speed with debt, which is exactly what is now under scrutiny.
Demand isn’t the problem, at least not yet
Analysts at UBS have suggested the main issue is financing and execution, not slowing demand for AI services.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang confirmed continued strong demand across the market. Nvidia also agreed to buy unsold CoreWeave capacity through April 2032.
What this means for the AI buildout
For investors, the CoreWeave selloff marks a shift in how the AI infrastructure trade is being judged. Higher yields and pricier default insurance could make capital harder and more expensive to raise for debt-heavy firms.
The key thing to watch over the coming quarters is the gap between rising operating costs and actual revenue collected from AI customer contracts. A $104.2 billion backlog only helps if it converts to cash on schedule.
There is also a broader stakes question, the one Breakingviews raised. If the neoclouds supplying compute run into funding trouble, the AI developers relying on that compute could feel it too.
