AI startup Dili raises $15 million to automate AI compliance for infrastructure projects
Dili is an enterprise AI company focused on high-stakes financial workflows.
Compliance software startup Dili has secured $15 million in Series A financing, following a $6.7 million seed round, bringing the total capital raised to $21.7 million, according to TechCrunch.
The funding round was led by Khosla Ventures, with backing from Allianz, Rebel Fund, Darren Bechtel of Brick and Mortar Ventures and Y Combinator CEO Garry Tan.
Co-founded by former Coinbase executive Anand Chaturvedi, Dili develops AI software that helps investment firms automate compliance, due diligence, and investment analysis across complex transactions.
Its platform converts unstructured records into structured data using large language models before applying deterministic compliance checks against complex federal rules covering wages, apprenticeships, workplace safety and environmental standards. The company says the system reduces compliance risks that could otherwise result in multimillion-dollar penalties.

According to Chaturvedi, Dili’s platform is supporting about 700 projects, spanning data centers, manufacturing facilities and other infrastructure developments. The company currently serves both software customers and clients that outsource compliance work, with management expecting the market to gradually shift toward self-service software deployments.
