EliseAI surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue in June and now powers one in six US apartments.

EliseAI has secured $350 million in new funding at a $4 billion valuation as it expands its AI automation platform across housing and healthcare, according to a Tuesday press release.

The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital.

The company plans to use the fresh capital for new product investment and engineering expansion, deployment, and sales teams, including the creation of a second engineering hub in San Francisco.

EliseAI builds AI software for administrative tasks across housing and healthcare, including tenant communications, lease management, scheduling and patient intake. Founded in 2017 by Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov, the company has increasingly applied its automation platform to healthcare operations.

The company launched Apollo in September as a cross-platform AI tool and also partnered with DOOR to bring AI into property access and maintenance workflows. Through the partnership, property managers can offer self-guided tours and coordinate maintenance using AI.

EliseAI passed $100 million in annual recurring revenue in 2025 before exceeding $200 million by mid-2026. The company has also greatly expanded its workforce as demand for vertical AI automation grows.
