Hyve Group Acquires Signal Week, Formerly Paris Blockchain Week

Paris, France, July 20th, 2026, Chainwire

Hyve Group has acquired Signal Week, formerly Paris Blockchain Week, marking a new chapter in the evolution of one of Europe’s leading institutional digital assets events.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen Signal Week’s mission of connecting traditional finance (TradFi) and digital assets while expanding its global reach through Hyve’s international events portfolio.

Since its launch in 2019, Signal Week (formerly Paris Blockchain Week) has grown into a premier institutional summit, attracting more than 10,000 attendees from over 100 countries, with 70% of participants holding C-suite positions. As traditional finance and digital assets continue to converge through tokenization, stablecoins, and decentralized finance (DeFi), the event aims to provide a platform where industry leaders can collaborate and shape the future of the global financial ecosystem.

Signal Week has joined Hyve Group, the global B2B events organizer behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH, and Shoptalk, alongside sister events RAISE Summit and Machina Summit. The move marks the next phase of Signal Week’s growth and is designed to expand its role in connecting traditional finance and digital assets on a global scale.

The acquisition reflects Signal Week’s continued growth and the increasing demand for broader capabilities and international reach. By joining Hyve Group, Signal Week will strengthen its platform through three key initiatives:

  1. Strengthening the bridge between traditional finance and digital assets. As part of the same portfolio as Fintech Meetup US and Europe, Signal Week will benefit from access to a broad network of banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and financial institutions, creating greater opportunities for collaboration across the financial ecosystem.
  2. Enhancing business networking through curated meetings. Hyve Group’s established one-to-one meeting programs, including more than 50,000 double opt-in meetings facilitated through Fintech Meetup, will be integrated into Signal Week to support more meaningful business connections and partnership opportunities.
  3. Expanding internationally. Hyve Group’s experience in building and scaling global events will support Signal Week’s international growth, extending discussions around institutional digital assets beyond Paris to a wider global audience.

Signal Week’s leadership team, mission, and flagship event in Paris will remain unchanged. The next edition of Signal Week will take place on July 6–7, 2027, with existing tickets, partnerships, and commitments continuing under the new ownership.

The acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter for Signal Week as it continues to strengthen its position as a leading platform for institutional digital assets and the future of finance.

About Signal Week

For seven years, Paris Blockchain Week brought together the people building, funding, and steering the digital asset ecosystem. Signal Week is what comes next.

Signal Week is not a rebrand of Paris Blockchain Week: it is an elevation. Where Paris Blockchain Week built credibility as Europe’s leading institutional digital asset conference, Signal Week takes that credibility and positions it for the decade ahead, under a name that matches where the industry actually is.
