About EXOD
EXOD is a tokenized version of Class A common stock in Exodus Movement, Inc., a financial technology company that makes a self-custodial multi-asset cryptocurrency wallet. Exodus Movement, Inc. was founded in 2015, and EXOD represents equity in the company rather than a separately created crypto protocol. The token is issued on the Algorand blockchain as a regulated on-chain security token. EXOD does not operate its own blockchain or consensus mechanism and relies entirely on Algorand's infrastructure for issuance and settlement. Each EXOD token corresponds to one share of Exodus Class A common stock and is used for equity exposure and on-chain transfer and settlement of that stock. It carries no utility for protocol fees, staking rewards, or governance voting. The token supply is fixed and determined by the number of Class A shares issued on-chain, with trackers reporting a circulating supply of approximately 8.985 million to 10.446 million EXOD, reflecting outstanding equity rather than an inflationary issuance model. EXOD is a blockchain-native instrument for holding regulated corporate equity in Exodus Movement, Inc.
