AI startup Infinity raises $15 million in seed funding at $100 million valuation
The company's flagship product, Ignition, is an autonomous AI agent that generates, tests and optimizes low-level inference software for AI chips.
Infinity.inc, an early-stage AI infrastructure company, raised $15 million in seed funding at a $100 million post-money valuation to expand its platform for optimizing AI chips, according to a Monday statement.
Investors included Touring Capital, Principal Venture Partners, executives from leading chip companies, researchers from OpenAI and Anthropic, along with other angel investors.
Infinity was founded by former Google Brain researcher Jeremy Nixon, who previously co-founded the AGI House AI community.
The company plans to use the proceeds to grow its engineering organization, enhance its automated AI research systems and deepen partnerships with chipmakers including d-Matrix.

Infinity develops software that enables AI chips to efficiently run inference workloads. Its autonomous coding agent, Ignition, automatically writes and optimizes compute kernels for new processors, addressing one of the industry’s biggest bottlenecks outside of NVIDIA’s CUDA ecosystem.
The company said the platform is already producing millions of dollars in annual recurring revenue from commercial chip partnerships.
