Missing figures stay unavailable. Forward P/E requires a dated source. Annual revenue, revenue growth, net income and margin come from each company's own 10-K, in US dollars, and each row shows that fiscal year. Revenue growth compares the fiscal year with the prior year stated in the same 10-K. Net income is the full year amount attributable to the company, or available to common stockholders where the filing states only that, or consolidated net income. Each row names its basis. Trailing P/E reads "Not meaningful" when the dated trailing diluted EPS is a loss or zero. An operating margin appears only when the filing states both the operating income and the revenue for the same year.

Sources: SEC filings, Gloria daily closes and CoinGecko. Oldest record refresh: Oct 27, 2026, 9:36 PM EDT. Refresh is not a price or filing date. Each row shows its price date and its annual fiscal period. Peers use industry code and company size, or editorial selection. Market cap multiplies that row price by the company share total the latest SEC filing states for every share class together. Trailing P/E divides it by trailing diluted earnings from SEC filings. Rolled earnings per share are approximate because share counts can change between periods. Both appear only when the SEC data carries its date, so they are estimates at one price date, not synchronized filing valuations. Not investment advice.

Opposition to OKXICE’s tokenized stock proposal has grown to 33 companies, more than half of the 62 issuers originally targeted by the joint venture between crypto exchange OKX and Intercontinental Exchange.

JPMorgan Chase, AMD and Coca-Cola were among seven companies added to the opposition list in an updated notice filed Tuesday evening, alongside Applied Materials, Adobe, Dell and SanDisk.

What OKXICE proposed

The venture proposed a platform that would allow tokenized versions of publicly traded stocks to trade around the clock, offering faster settlement, broader access and greater flexibility beyond traditional market hours.

However, the proposal raised questions about how companies whose shares would be represented on the platform are consulted and how their concerns are addressed.

How the objection process works

Under the SEC’s Innovation Exemption framework, issuers can object to having their securities tokenized on a specific trading venue. The mechanism is narrower than a blanket rejection of tokenization: it allows companies to express their position on a particular platform and approach.

JPMorgan, for example, has been active in blockchain-based financial services, including through its Onyx digital payments network and work on tokenized deposits. Its objection to OKXICE’s proposal should therefore be viewed in the context of a specific arrangement, rather than as evidence that the bank opposes tokenization as a whole.

For other companies, the decision may similarly come down to how their securities would be handled under the proposed model. Issuers may have distinct preferences concerning trading venues, custody and the representation of shares on blockchain networks.

Objections from Adobe, Dell and other companies do not necessarily indicate opposition to tokenized equities in general.

OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, which operates the New York Stock Exchange, have significant resources and experience across crypto trading and traditional markets. The objections do not determine the future of tokenized equities, but they present a clear consideration for the venture as it assesses the proposal and its next steps.
