About AllUnity CHF
AllUnity CHF (ticker CHFAU) is a Swiss franc stablecoin regulated as an e-money token under MiCAR. Each token is backed one-to-one by CHF reserves held in segregated accounts and can be redeemed at par value. The token is issued by AllUnity, a European e-money institution structured as a joint venture between DWS, Flow Traders, and Galaxy. The three companies publicly announced the token in February 2026. CHFAU launched on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token in late February 2026. Over the course of 2026, it also went live on Tempo, Base, Polygon, and Solana. It does not run on its own blockchain; instead, it uses the consensus mechanism of each host network (for example, Ethereum's proof-of-stake). CHFAU is tokenized Swiss franc money used for on-chain payments, cross-border settlement, collateral on institutional exchanges, and real-time treasury operations. Holders have statutory redemption rights under MiCAR. The token is designed primarily for institutional and corporate use, including around-the-clock cross-border transfers and CHF settlement for tokenized assets within the European regulatory framework. Its supply is uncapped and elastic, expanding or contracting through minting and redemption against CHF reserves based on user demand.
