About DeXe
DeXe is a decentralized governance infrastructure protocol that provides smart-contract tooling for creating and managing decentralized autonomous organizations, covering proposal systems, delegation, and treasury management. Yuriy Hotoviy founded the project, with development beginning in 2019. The DEXE token was released publicly in late September 2020. The protocol runs on Ethereum and BNB Chain using standard EVM smart contracts, with governance executed through on-chain voting rather than a custom consensus network. The native token, DEXE, is used for governance of the DeXe Protocol DAO, allowing holders to propose, vote on, and execute decisions over the protocol treasury, and also has roles in staking and reward distribution. DeXe is no-code DAO infrastructure, letting organizations deploy and operate DAOs without writing their own smart contracts. The total supply of DEXE is capped at approximately 96.5 million tokens, with roughly 83 to 84 million in circulation as of mid-2026.
