About Spiko EU T-Bills Money Market Fund
Spiko EU T-Bills Money Market Fund is a tokenized share class of a French-law UCITS short-term variable-NAV money market fund. It invests entirely in short-term investment-grade Eurozone Treasury bills, repos secured by such bills, and cash, providing euro-denominated yield to holders. The fund was created by Spiko Finance, a French financial technology and asset management firm, and established as a sub-fund of the Spiko SICAV structure in 2024. The tokenized fund launched on or around May 15, 2024, with on-chain EUTBL tokens representing registered fund shares available to investors from that date. EUTBL is a permissioned ERC-20 token deployed on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Polygon. Transfers are restricted to KYC-verified and allowlisted investors rather than open to any wallet. The token carries the ticker EUTBL, and holding it gives investors economic exposure to the underlying fund's net asset value and accrued yield. It functions as a tokenized fund share used for on-chain settlement, portfolio holding, and redemption. EUTBL is not used for block-level fees, staking, or protocol governance. Its supply is uncapped: new tokens are issued as investors subscribe and existing tokens are redeemed as investors exit. The fund is designed to connect regulated short-term fixed-income markets with blockchain-based finance for individuals, corporates, and Web3 entities seeking cash-equivalent euro exposure on-chain.
