About RedStone
RedStone is a blockchain oracle project that supplies price feeds and other off-chain data to on-chain applications, primarily for decentralized finance protocols. It was co-founded by Jakub Wojciechowski and Marcin Kazmierczak. The native token, RED, launched in March 2025 on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token. RedStone's design centers on delivering oracle data to DeFi and other blockchain applications. The RED token is the mechanism for securing and decentralizing that oracle infrastructure through staking. RED is also designed to operate across multiple blockchains via Wormhole Native Token Transfer. The total supply of RED is capped at 1,000,000,000 tokens, with an initial circulating supply of approximately 280,000,000 RED at launch. The remainder is subject to vesting over time. Network security is incentivized through this staking-based token model.
