About United Stables

United Stables is a USD-pegged, reserve-backed stablecoin protocol designed as a unified liquidity, payments, and settlement layer across exchanges, decentralized finance, payment networks, institutional finance, and machine-to-machine transactions. It is issued by United Stables Limited, a British Virgin Islands-registered entity, and does not have a publicly named individual founder. The token launched in December 2025, with deployments on BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum on December 17 and 18 of that year. United Stables is not an independent blockchain. It operates as a multi-chain token and relies on the consensus mechanisms of its host networks: BNB Chain's proof-of-staked-authority and Ethereum's proof-of-stake. The native token uses the ticker U and functions as a digital dollar for payments, trading, settlement, and liquidity provision within the ecosystem. Each U token is backed one-to-one by reserves held in cash, short-term U.S. Treasury bills, and established USD-denominated stablecoins. Holders can access yield-bearing features, though governance or staking roles are not prominently documented. United Stables positions U as a single stable asset intended to reduce fragmentation across the many USD-stablecoin markets in use today.
