The move comes after Guy Rosen, who served as Meta’s first-ever CISO starting in June 2022, departed the company in June 2026 after nearly 13 years. The lack of a publicly named successor or interim leader for what appears to have been several months raised eyebrows among governance-focused investors and analysts who track enterprise security postures.
