Solana handled 81% of all weekly trading terminal volume across every tracked blockchain last week. That is the network’s largest slice in 17 weeks.

The figure comes from tehcscreener data reported on October 28, 2026, and was highlighted by SolanaFloor.

What the 81% actually measures

Trading terminals are multi-chain platforms and bots that route trades through decentralized exchanges. Names in the category include Axiom, FOMO, and GMGN.

Their users lean heavily toward high-frequency trading and memecoins.

So when Solana claims 81% of terminal volume, it means something specific. Among the fastest, most active retail traders using these tools, roughly four out of every five dollars traded last week moved on Solana.

The data aggregates activity from decentralized trading platforms and automated bots.

Tracking comes from Dune dashboards and analysts such as @Adam_Tehc. They follow terminal-attributed volume across several chains, including Solana, BSC, and Robinhood Chain.

A bumpy road back to the top

Solana has led the terminal volume mix often in 2026. In late August, Solana’s share sat around 57%.

Then came early September. On a single high-volume day, Solana’s share reportedly fell to approximately 14.5%.

The chain that took the crown that day was Robinhood Chain, which captured around 81% of the market.

Solana’s broader DEX activity has also produced some eye-catching moments this year. In September 2026 data, Solana’s weekly trade count surpassed the New York Stock Exchange’s weekly trades for the first time.

What this means for Solana and its rivals

Terminal volume is heavily tied to memecoins and high-frequency bot activity. The September episode is the reminder. A share that reached 81% for one chain on one day collapsed for Solana in the same window.

For investors, increased user activity on Solana may be viewed favorably, since it signals real transaction demand on the network.

The Dune dashboards tracking these flows will show whether Solana can defend this level. They will also reveal whether another chain stages a repeat of September’s surprise.
