New feature allows eligible Stock Tokens to back perpetuals positions directly, expanding how traders can manage positions across Arcus while maintaining their spot exposure
New York, New York — November 5, 2026 — Arcus, a decentralized exchange on Robinhood chain built by the team behind dYdX, today announced the launch of Multi-Asset Collateral, enabling eligible Stock Tokens to serve as collateral for perpetuals positions. The feature brings Arcus’ spot and perpetuals markets into a single capital pool, allowing traders to put the value of their Stock Token holdings to work, without selling those assets first to fund a trade.
The launch gives traders more flexibility in how they manage positions across Arcus, including the ability to use Stock Token holdings to support perpetuals positions while maintaining their spot exposure. The same structure can also be used for hedging, allowing traders to take a short perpetuals position against an existing Stock Token position.
Tokenized real-world asset perpetuals have seen rapid growth, with monthly volume across exchanges rising from $85 billion in January to roughly $470 billion in June, a 450% increase in six months. Tokenized equity perp volumes grew roughly sevenfold over the same period, reflecting growing demand for equity exposure through crypto-native markets.

Until now, Arcus traders needed USDG in their perpetuals account to meet margin requirements. With Multi-Asset Collateral, eligible Stock Tokens can now be used alongside USDG to meet those requirements.
At launch, SPY, QQQ, MAG7 Stock Tokens, as well as Ethereum are eligible as collateral, each with an initial loan-to-value ratio of 50%. This means traders can initially borrow up to 50% of the value of their eligible Stock Tokens. Arcus also sets maintenance thresholds to help manage risk if the value of a trader’s collateral falls or their outstanding loan increases. Non-USDG spot asset deposits are capped at $2 million across the platform and $20,000 per user.
“Spot positions and perpetuals positions shouldn’t have to operate in separate silos,” said Eddie Zhang, Founder and CEO of Arcus. “Multi-Asset Collateral lets traders use the value of eligible Stock Tokens across both sides of the platform, whether they’re looking to maintain an existing position, put on a new trade or hedge their exposure.”
Multi-Asset Collateral is now available to all users with access to Arcus perpetuals, expanding access beyond eligible users who previously qualified by trading $25M or more. Applicable assets, LTVs and collateral limits are displayed in the Arcus app.
Arcus mobile is also fully live in select markets. On iOS, the app is available in 13 markets: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Fiji, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Singapore and Korea. On Android, it is available in five: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Korea.
