CoinGecko launches Claude connector for real-time crypto data
The connector allows users to generate Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency price charts, compare multiple digital assets, and more.
CoinGecko has enabled users to access its live crypto market data directly inside Anthropic’s AI chatbot with a new Claude connector, the firm said Thursday.

Through the integration, users can retrieve real-time price charts, compare digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ether and Solana, discover trending crypto assets, track market winners and losers, and monitor global crypto market activity without switching applications.
The connector can be enabled through Claude’s Connectors settings and is accessed using prompts that include “CoinGecko MCP.”
