CoreWeave makes its India debut with 240 MW AdaniConneX deal
The AI cloud provider will use capacity at a Navi Mumbai campus, with an option to double it to 480 MW
CoreWeave is heading to India. The AI cloud and GPU infrastructure provider will use 240 megawatts of capacity at AdaniConneX’s Taloja facility in Navi Mumbai.
The deal was announced on October 7, 2026. It marks CoreWeave’s first data center project in the country.
The agreement includes an option to scale the commitment to 480 MW.

AdaniConneX is a joint venture between India’s Adani Group and EdgeConneX, a data center developer. The Taloja campus sits in Navi Mumbai, the planned satellite city across the harbor from Mumbai.
The first data center under the partnership is expected to come online by mid-2028.

Background: a US-heavy operator looks abroad
CoreWeave trades on Nasdaq under the ticker CRWV. Until now, its growth story has largely been written in the United States, where it has secured large-scale leases across various locations to host AI workloads.
AdaniConneX aims to develop a total of 3 GW of data center capacity in India by 2030.
