About Ondo Short-Term U.S. Government Bond Fund

Ondo Short-Term U.S. Government Bond Fund (ticker OUSG) is a tokenized fund product issued by Ondo Finance that gives on-chain exposure to short-term U.S. Treasuries and related money-market instruments for qualified purchasers. Ondo Finance was founded by Nathan Allman and launched OUSG in January 2023, with the token going live on Ethereum on 26 January 2023. The fund is also accessible on Polygon and Solana. OUSG is a permissioned ERC-20 token and does not operate its own consensus mechanism, instead relying on the proof-of-stake consensus of its underlying blockchains. The token represents fractional ownership in an off-chain regulated fund and is used for minting, redemptions, and transfers within Ondo's qualified-access structure. It is not used for governance, staking, or gas fees. Qualified and accredited investors can mint or redeem OUSG around the clock using stablecoins or U.S. dollars. OUSG has no fixed maximum supply. Circulating supply adjusts elastically to investor inflows and outflows and was roughly 2.9 to 3.2 million tokens as of mid-2026.
