About Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (EUR)
Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (EUR) is a tokenized euro-denominated UCITS cash-management fund whose shares are recorded on public blockchains. Eligible investors can earn short-term yield and transfer fund shares around the clock. The fund was co-created by Spiko, a fund tokenization platform acting as registrar, and Amundi, Europe's largest asset manager, which is the delegated investment manager. The SAFO compartment, including its EUR share class, was announced and launched in March 2026. The fund does not operate its own blockchain. Instead, it uses existing public networks (Ethereum, Stellar, Polygon PoS, and Arbitrum) as its shareholder registry. Chainlink oracles publish the fund's net asset value on-chain. Economic exposure is delivered through fully collateralized total-return swaps with bank counterparties. The on-chain token, ticker EURSAFO, represents a claim on units of the underlying UCITS fund rather than an independent cryptocurrency. It is used to subscribe, hold, transfer, and redeem fund shares with a minimum denomination of one euro. EURSAFO is a regulated, tokenized treasury and collateral instrument aimed at corporates and financial institutions seeking overnight liquidity with above-benchmark short-term yields and borderless settlement. It combines a traditional regulated fund structure with public blockchain infrastructure.
