About Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund

Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund, ticker USTB, is a tokenized private fund that holds short-duration U.S. Treasury bills and U.S. government and agency securities, giving allowlisted investors on-chain ownership interests in the fund. Superstate, a financial technology firm, originally launched it as the Superstate Short Duration US Government Securities Fund. Invesco Advisers, Inc. is taking over as investment manager, with the transition expected in the second quarter of 2026. Tokenized shares are live on Ethereum, Solana, and Plume, with a net asset value starting at ten dollars per share. USTB tokens are permissioned assets that use an allowlist to restrict transfers. They rely on the native consensus mechanisms of their underlying blockchains (for example, Ethereum proof-of-stake), while fund administration and daily NAV calculation occur off-chain. The USTB token represents a direct legal interest in fund shares rather than a derivative instrument. Holders use it to record ownership, transfer interests between approved wallets, and subscribe or redeem at fund NAV using USD or USDC. The fund targets returns broadly in line with the U.S. federal funds rate and is available to accredited investors and qualified purchasers seeking tokenized exposure to short-duration government securities. USTB is designed to function as an on-chain cash-equivalent instrument backed by U.S. government obligations.
