Missing figures stay unavailable. Forward P/E requires a dated source. Annual revenue, revenue growth, net income and margin come from each company's own 10-K, in US dollars, and each row shows that fiscal year. Revenue growth compares the fiscal year with the prior year stated in the same 10-K. Net income is the full year amount attributable to the company, or available to common stockholders where the filing states only that, or consolidated net income. Each row names its basis. Trailing P/E reads "Not meaningful" when the dated trailing diluted EPS is a loss or zero. An operating margin appears only when the filing states both the operating income and the revenue for the same year.
Sources: SEC filings, Gloria daily closes and CoinGecko. Oldest record refresh: Oct 29, 2026, 12:56 PM EDT. Refresh is not a price or filing date. Each row shows its price date and its annual fiscal period. Peers use industry code and company size, or editorial selection. Market cap multiplies that row price by the company share total the latest SEC filing states for every share class together. Trailing P/E divides it by trailing diluted earnings from SEC filings. Rolled earnings per share are approximate because share counts can change between periods. Both appear only when the SEC data carries its date, so they are estimates at one price date, not synchronized filing valuations. Not investment advice.

AI agents are moving into the office. Someone now has to make sure they don’t wander into the wrong rooms.
Mintive, an early-stage startup building governance and control tools for enterprise AI agents, has announced a $7 million seed round led by Cowboy Ventures. That brings the company’s total funding to $11 million.
Who wrote the checks
Cowboy Ventures led the seed. Coatue, Operator Collective and Hustle Fund joined as institutional investors.
The angel lineup is where things get interesting. It includes Okta co-founder Frederic Kerrest and Jeff Dean, the former Google Chief Scientist and co-founder of Discovery Loop. OpenAI co-founder Andrej Karpathy also participated, along with other individual backers.
What Mintive actually does
The company was previously called MintMCP. It rebranded to Mintive on or around October 12, 2026.
Its pitch is infrastructure for running AI agents safely inside businesses. The platform handles governance, access control, monitoring and identity management for those agents.
In practice, that means scoped permissions, so an agent can only touch the systems it needs. It also means audit trails that record what each agent did. The platform adds model routing and budgeting controls on top.
AI, tech, and the markets they move—in one daily briefing.
Daily. Free. Join 34,000+ readers across crypto, finance, and policy.
Mintive integrates with tools enterprises already use. Those include Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Slack.
The company emphasizes least-privilege access and real-time monitoring. Put simply, agents get the minimum permissions required to do a job, and someone can watch what they’re doing as it happens.
A fast product timeline
Mintive launched its first product in February 2026. It then layered on additional features, including Mint Guard, Agent Monitor and Coworker Agents.
The October rebrand came alongside that broader feature set.
As of late October 2026, Mintive reports more than 50 paying enterprise customers. Named users include Coursera, Braze and Stability AI.
The company has also achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance.
The founders behind it
Mintive’s founding team includes Jiquan Ngiam and Vijay Vasudevan, among others. The group has backgrounds at Google Brain, Coursera and leading universities.
