Nvidia takes stakes in Genesis AI, Pigment, and Entalpic in Paris push
Jensen Huang's French investment round also included Doctolib, with another $2 billion in European commitments expected within a week
Nvidia has taken minority stakes in four French AI startups: Genesis AI, Pigment, Entalpic, and Doctolib. CEO Jensen Huang announced the deals on October 13, 2026, while visiting Paris.
Four bets, four very different industries
Genesis AI works on general-purpose robotics and AI systems meant for a range of applications.
Pigment makes business planning and financial software powered by AI. It targets the spreadsheet-heavy work of forecasting and financial operations.
Entalpic uses generative AI to speed up the discovery of materials and chemicals at the atomic scale. Its work is aimed at industries including semiconductors.
Doctolib runs a platform for healthcare appointment scheduling and administration. Nvidia’s involvement here goes beyond a check: the company committed to helping Doctolib train AI models.

Nvidia did not disclose the financial terms of any of the four investments. The size of each stake and the valuations behind them remain private.
The bigger European spending picture
Nvidia is expected to announce an additional $2 billion in European investments within a week of the Paris announcements. That figure would add to the $8 billion Nvidia has already invested in Europe over the past year, bringing the company’s European tally to $10 billion across roughly a year of activity.
Huang framed the effort as part of driving the “AI revolution in Europe,” with an emphasis on open-source AI models tailored to European languages and data sovereignty.
