Getting a tokenized fund into the hands of a wealth manager has always been the hard part. The assets can be minted on-chain in minutes, but plugging into the plumbing of traditional finance has historically meant months of bilateral negotiations, custom integrations, and uncomfortable conversations with compliance teams. Ondo Finance just changed the math on that problem.
On September 16, 2026, Ondo announced that Oasis Pro Markets, a subsidiary it acquired in October 2025, became the first tokenization platform accepted into DTCC’s Fund/SERV network. Fund/SERV is not a niche back-office tool. It processes more than 85% of US mutual fund transaction activity, connecting fund companies, wealth platforms, and service providers through a single standardized system.
What Fund/SERV actually does, and why it matters
Fund/SERV handles account-level data, trade confirmations, and regulatory reporting across thousands of counterparties simultaneously.
By joining Fund/SERV, Oasis Pro Markets can now plug Ondo’s tokenized funds into that existing infrastructure. Wealth platforms already connected to DTCC don’t need new technology to receive Ondo’s products.
Ian De Bode, Ondo’s Acting CEO and President, described the membership as a crucial infrastructure piece for mainstream adoption of tokenized funds.

How Ondo got here
Ondo’s acquisition of Oasis Pro Markets in October 2025 gave Ondo a licensed entry point into broker-dealer territory, which is the kind of credential that opens doors at institutions like DTCC.
Ondo participated in DTCC tokenization initiatives as early as July 2026, which means this membership is less a cold introduction and more a formal commitment after months of collaboration.
DTCC framed the integration as a step toward interoperability between traditional financial systems and the digital asset landscape. DTCC has indicated plans for further tokenization services, and Oasis Pro Markets is the first tokenization platform through that door.
