Oracle commits $1 billion to boost AI solutions across partner network

The support is expected to help partners grow their businesses while improving solution delivery at scale and helping customers achieve greater value from AI adoption.

Oracle plans to invest $1 billion in its partner ecosystem over four years, expanding financial incentives, technical resources and commercialization opportunities as businesses demand more AI-powered solutions.

The commitment, announced at Oracle AI World in Las Vegas on October 23, will expand the benefits of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, including training, certifications, development environments, cloud migration funding, go-to-market support and access to Oracle Marketplace.

The program serves a diverse network of systems integrators, independent software vendors, cloud and managed service providers, distributors, resellers and advisory firms working across Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and AI services.

Oracle aims to help partners build specialized applications and AI agents, pursue new sales opportunities, execute implementations and cloud migrations, and improve customer outcomes after deployment. The company is also providing resources such as Oracle AI Success Navigator to support adoption and ongoing optimization.

The integrators are already putting money in

Oracle is not the only one writing checks. Major global system integrators and consultancies, including Infosys, LTIMindtree, Cognizant, Accenture and KPMG, have collectively committed more than $1.5 billion to support Oracle’s AI Data Platform.

The commitment, announced last October, includes the development of more than 100 industry-specific AI use cases and training for more than 8,000 practitioners across multiple sectors.
