Ripple expects to reach a $900 million annualized product revenue run rate by the end of 2026 as institutional adoption accelerates across its payments, custody, stablecoin and trading businesses.

The company announced Wednesday that the number of customers and partners using multiple Ripple products has tripled this year, reflecting growing demand for integrated digital asset infrastructure.

Ripple said its platform now serves more than 1,700 institutions, corporations and enterprises, supported by over 85 regulatory licenses across global markets.

The company also reported that its products enabled more than $16 trillion in transactions during 2025, while Ripple Payments is expected to approach $150 billion in lifetime transaction volume by the end of this year.

The $900 million figure represents an expected annualized revenue pace at year end, rather than revenue already earned during 2026.

“As traditional and digital finance converge, market infrastructure is migrating to modern rails,” said Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse.

Garlinghouse said the company’s strategy focuses on connecting payments, custody, trading and tokenized assets through infrastructure that allows institutions to move capital around the clock.

Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin reaches $2.6B as OCC grants final bank approval

Ripple said its dollar backed stablecoin RLUSD has reached a market capitalization of approximately $2.6 billion, representing growth of more than 88% since the beginning of 2026.

The stablecoin is integrated across Ripple’s payments, treasury and institutional trading products and is available through major exchanges including Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, Robinhood and OKX.

The expansion follows Ripple’s final approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to establish Ripple National Trust Bank, adding federal supervision to the company’s stablecoin reserve management infrastructure.

The national trust bank is authorized to manage segregated reserves supporting RLUSD, act as collateral trustee for stablecoin holders and provide fiduciary digital asset custody services.

RLUSD will continue to be issued by Standard Custody & Trust Company, Ripple’s New York regulated subsidiary.

Ripple is also expanding the stablecoin’s role in payment settlement through partnerships with Mastercard and Cross River.

Meanwhile, its payments infrastructure supports more than 60 payout markets, allowing financial institutions to transfer funds, manage liquidity and settle transactions across currencies.

The company identified DBS, HSBC, FirstRand Bank and Standard Chartered among the financial institutions using its payment and custody infrastructure.

Ripple expands institutional trading through Hyperliquid and Kalshi

Beyond payments, Ripple is extending its institutional infrastructure into perpetual futures, prediction markets and traditional financial assets.

Ripple Prime, the company’s institutional brokerage platform, provides financing, clearing and settlement services across equities, foreign exchange, futures, fixed income and digital assets.

The company said its infrastructure supports transactions involving trading firms and venues including Jump Trading, Virtu, Hyperliquid, Kalshi and Rothera.

Ripple has also expanded support for real world asset perpetual swaps, allowing institutional clients to gain derivatives exposure to traditional financial instruments through its prime brokerage services.

The expansion is part of Ripple’s effort to connect conventional capital markets with digital asset trading infrastructure, particularly as more financial instruments become available for continuous trading.

Separately, Ripple Treasury recently introduced a corporate cash management platform featuring 24/7 Returns, a product designed to give businesses access to yield opportunities outside conventional banking hours.

The platform connects cash forecasting, liquidity management and payments while incorporating RLUSD, tokenized money market funds and institutional liquidity services.

Ripple Treasury serves more than 1,000 customers across 160 countries, including American Airlines and Trax.

Ripple strengthens XRP Ledger partnerships with BNY and Aviva

Ripple is also expanding institutional tokenization activity on the XRP Ledger through partnerships with asset managers, banks and financial technology companies.

The company recently expanded its collaboration with BNY to develop tokenized trade finance infrastructure, beginning with a supplier financing initiative involving C2FO.

Aviva Investors has also introduced a tokenized share class of its Sterling Liquidity Fund on XRP Ledger, adding to the institutional investment products available through the network.

Other initiatives involve Franklin Templeton and DBS, which are developing trading and lending solutions combining tokenized money market funds with RLUSD.

Ripple also highlighted its work with Privy, a Stripe subsidiary, to support programmable wallets for XRP Ledger payments, including transactions initiated by AI agents.

These partnerships form part of Ripple’s broader push to make the XRP Ledger a platform for regulated payments, tokenized securities and institutional financing.

The company announced the latest figures as it opened its annual Swell conference, where financial institutions, asset managers and blockchain developers are gathering to discuss digital asset adoption.
