Strategy sells $544.5 million in stock and repurchases STRC shares
The company still holds more Bitcoin than any other corporation, with its treasury valued at around $55 billion.
Strategy generated $544.5 million in net proceeds from selling about 5.4 million Class A shares through its ATM program between July 20 and July 26, the company disclosed Monday.
The world’s largest corporate Bitcoin holder also repurchased 288,930 STRC preferred shares for $25 million, while making no repurchases of common stock or other preferred share classes.

Strategy left its Bitcoin holdings unchanged during the period, with no BTC purchases or sales reported. The company has maintained a three-week streak of no Bitcoin transactions since reducing its holdings by 3,588 BTC in early July.
Strategy ended the week holding 843,775 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $55 billion at current market prices.
Regarding its cash reserve, Strategy reported a $3.75 billion US dollar reserve, up from $3.2 billion as of July 19. The firm retains $975 million in preferred stock repurchase authorization and $1 billion for common share buybacks.
