Uniswap’s Continuous Clearing Auction has hosted seven verified token auctions over the past four months, with more coming, Uniswap founder Hayden Adams said on X.
A uniform price instead of a race
The CCA releases tokens gradually over the auction, block by block. Bidders set the maximum price they will pay, and each block clears at a single price for everyone filled; bids that don’t clear are returned. At the end, the auction seeds a Uniswap v4 liquidity pool so the token can trade immediately. Adams shared a user describing the format as “cleaner than the usual race.”
