Aave v4 deposits on Ethereum and Avalanche reach $300M as active loans hit $100M
Aave's latest version sees major growth with significant deposits and an uptick in developer engagement.
Aave v4 deposits across Ethereum and Avalanche have reached $300 million, with active loans surpassing $100 million, according to Token Terminal.
The fourth generation protocol’s deposit base has grown roughly 50% over the past month, rising from approximately $200 million in late June.
Aave launched v4 on Ethereum with a Hub and Spoke architecture that centralizes liquidity while allowing separate lending markets to apply their own collateral rules, risk parameters, and liquidation settings.
The protocol expanded v4 to Avalanche on July 15, marking its first deployment beyond Ethereum. The Avalanche market launched with a central liquidity hub and specialized markets for general lending, AVAX correlated assets, and foreign currency stablecoins.
