Bitwise brings TradFi portfolio models onchain with Automated Token Portfolios
The new portfolios use Coinbase tokenized stocks and Glider automation to give eligible investors outside the U.S. direct wallet exposure to themes including AI robotics and the Magnificent 7.
Bitwise has launched Automated Token Portfolios, giving eligible investors outside the U.S. access to thematic portfolios of tokenized stocks held directly in their crypto wallets.
The portfolios use Coinbase-issued tokenized stocks and are implemented through Glider. Bitwise designs the rules-based models, while Glider automatically rebalances holdings to match the published allocations without taking custody of users’ assets.
The first lineup includes the Bitwise Mag7X ATP, which provides equal weighted exposure to the Magnificent 7 companies plus SpaceX. Bitwise is also preparing Robotics and AI Leaders portfolios focused on companies including Nvidia, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Tesla, SpaceX and Sandisk.
Unlike an ETF, investors hold the underlying tokenized stocks directly in their own wallets rather than owning shares in a pooled vehicle. That structure allows users to customize positions and potentially lend or borrow against their holdings through DeFi protocols.

Coinbase says its tokenized stocks are backed one-to-one by underlying equity shares. Glider handles daily rebalancing through limited authority credentials authorized by the user, while Bitwise does not control or execute transactions in individual wallets.
The products are currently available only to eligible people outside the United States and are not offered to U.S. persons under Regulation S. Bitwise charges a 0.15% fee for access to its model portfolio methodology, excluding trading and Glider platform fees.
